How much does it cost?
Rates can also vary based on the size of the truck, lining
color, over the rail or under the rail application and other
options. Come by or call for a no obligation estimate.
Can I take it out?
Rhino Linings sprayed-on linings are designed to provide
permanent protection for your vehicle. The lining performs so
well, you'll surely never want or need to remove it.
How thick is it? In truck beds,
TUFF STUFF® polyurethane is sprayed on up to 1/4" thick on
the floor and 1/8" on walls. For other applications, the
lining can be sprayed on as thick as needed.
Can I get Rhino Linings in any color
to match or complement my vehicle? Yes! In
addition to black linings, red, grey, green and blue linings
are often standard at Rhino Linings dealerships. Linings can
also be custom pigmented to match your color specifications.

our new
Color Match System.
Does the lining require special
maintenance? To keep the lining clean, wash it
as you would the rest of your vehicle, or just hose it out
with water. Do not use silicon-based products on your
lining, as they will reduce its skid resistance.
Periodically applying our Rhino Shine Ultra after cleaning
will keep the lining in top condition.
What about the installation of other
accessories on my truck? Accessories are best
installed after the lining is applied. You should pre-drill
all holes, then have TUFF STUFF® polyurethane sprayed on to
seal exposed edges before mounting accessories, such as a
fifth wheel hitch. The linings follow the contours of your
pick-up, allowing you to install camper shells, or any other
accessory that was made to fit your truck.
Can I get a customized surface
texture? Yes! TUFF STUFF® polyurethane can be
sprayed to achieve a surface texture to your specifications.
Will the lining hold up in rugged
conditions and temperature extremes? Yes! Rhino
Linings will not warp, crack, peel or split because of
weather or other environmental factors. Rhino Linings works
and looks great in temperatures between -40 degrees F and
175 degrees F.
Rhino
Linings
vs.
Drop In Liners
Plastic drop-in liners are typically slippery and don't
hold cargo in place. They can shift in the bed,
scratching the surface underneath. They can also crack,
warp and trap water.
Rhino Linings' impenetrable and permanent sprayed-on
bond leaves no room for air or water, which means no
rust. Rhino Linings' durable, non-slip surface keeps
your cargo in place and the linings won't crack, warp or
peel. You can trust Rhino's strong and lasting
protection - rain or shine - to keep your truck bed in
great shape.
